Successful CSI Asten

Last weekend in Asten the second edition of the outdoor International Concours Hippique Asten was being held. In different categories various offspring of our stallions showed they are great jumpers.

On Thursday, June 12th, the 6th place in the International Jumping Competition CSI2 * - Medium Tour, a 1.40m two-stage course was for Hester Klompmaker with the nine-year-old Aimee (by Solitair x Silvio li). The finals of this category, which were held on Saturday, put them in the eighth place.

Friday the thirteenth was not an unlucky day for Bert Jan van de Pol. He rode the eight-year-old gray gelding Bois Le Duc (by Solitair x Boreas) to the second place in the International Jumping Competition CSI2 * - Small Tour 1m30, a two-stage course. The next day they flawlessly became third in the 1.30m. course with jump off.

In the International Jumping Competition CSI2 * - Big Tour (1.45m with jump off) the 1000 euro valued second place was for Luis Pedro Biraben with the nine-year-old Numero Uno-mare Abunola.

Antonia Hartwall reached the seventh place with the eleven year old gelding Wakker (by Lupicor x Landwind) in the International Jumping Competition CSI-AM - Big Tour (1.20m against the clock). She rode a clear course in a time of 66.90.
A day later, on Saturday, June 14, this combination got second in the 1.20m course with jump-off.

On Sunday, June 15th the International Jumping Competition CSI2 * - Small Tour 1.35m was being held. Niels Knape, riding for Stal Hendrix, scored ninth place with the brown mare Anatevka (by Ustinov x Concorde).

La Gupardie (s.Van Gogh) sixth in World Cup Bordeaux

Jodie Hall McAteer had already started 2026 well with the Van Gogh daughter La Gupardie (ds.Carrera VDL, breeder Frans van de Linden) by finishing 12th in their first World Cup competition together in Amsterdam.

Jackson (s.Van Gogh) strikes again

The sporting successes of the Van Gogh son Jackson (ds.Indoctro, breeder family Engbers) keep coming. Ridden by Saad Alajmi, he won the 1.40m-level class at the CSI2* in Riyadh last week, where they were the only combination to jump clear.
