Offspring Wiemselbach stallions delivers Hippiade Champions

17 september 2007

Offspring of the Wiemselbach stallions dominated the jumping classes during the Hippiade in Ermelo.

Numero Uno fathered both the champion and the reserve Champion of the Z (1m30) class. The victory in this class was for the Numero Uno offspring Romantovich Take One. The careful 7-year-old Numero Uno x Karandasj gelding was ridden by the 16 year-old rider Wim Derks from Zeeland. A few weeks ago this combination was also crowned Champion of the Province Brabant in the Z class. Romantovich Take One is owned by the Derks family and Mr. van Tuyl.
KWPN-stallion Unaniem (Numero Uno x Voltaire), ridden by Richard Kapteyn, was the reserve Champion in this class. This Numero Uno offspring already attracted attention during the VION Cup and also won the reserve champion title during the Province of Utrecht Championships a few weeks ago. Unaniem is owned by Mr. L. van Vliet and Mr. J. van de Louw

Lupicor offspring Umatilla, ridden by Kim Ophof, won the Dutch Championship in the L (1m10) Class in a fantastic way. The Lupicor offspring is a half sister to the KWPN stallion Whitaker (Clinton x Indoctro).

Our congratulations to Kim Ophof, Wim Derks and Richard Kapteyn for these tremendous performances.
