And again a great result for António Matos Almeida with 7yo Epicor de Gandarinha (Lupicor x Quincajou III). In Vilamoura they ended up second in the 1m40 on time class last week. A week earlier they took the fifth prize in an 1m45 class on the same show.

Jodie Hall McAteer had already started 2026 well with the Van Gogh daughter La Gupardie (ds.Carrera VDL, breeder Frans van de Linden) by finishing 12th in their first World Cup competition together in Amsterdam.

Jackson (s.Van Gogh) strikes again

The sporting successes of the Van Gogh son Jackson (ds.Indoctro, breeder family Engbers) keep coming. Ridden by Saad Alajmi, he won the 1.40m-level class at the CSI2* in Riyadh last week, where they were the only combination to jump clear.
