Charmeur (s.Numero Uno) wins 1m45 class

While Zorro (s.Numero Uno) was runner-up with Wout-Jan van der Schans in the Derby, the Numero Uno-son Charmeur (ds.Emilion) won the 1m45 class at the same CSIO5* in La Baule, France. Ridden by Sergio Alvarez Moya this 9yo gelding jumped the fastest double clear rounds. Two weeks earlier this successful combination was placed in the 1m50 class of Hamburg. More great results to come, we presume!

Jodie Hall McAteer had already started 2026 well with the Van Gogh daughter La Gupardie (ds.Carrera VDL, breeder Frans van de Linden) by finishing 12th in their first World Cup competition together in Amsterdam.

Jackson (s.Van Gogh) strikes again

The sporting successes of the Van Gogh son Jackson (ds.Indoctro, breeder family Engbers) keep coming. Ridden by Saad Alajmi, he won the 1.40m-level class at the CSI2* in Riyadh last week, where they were the only combination to jump clear.
