An offspring of the Grand Prix stallion Vivant van de Heffinck, from
which De Wiemselbach has frozen semen available, ended up on the fourth
place in the Grand Prix of CSI2* Abu Dhabi last weekend. Ridden by Emanuele
Gaudiano, the eight-year-old Vasco 118 (ds.Chacco-Blue, breeder Gestüt
Lewitz) remained clear in the jump-off.
New Libero One d’Asschaut (Van Gogh x For Pleasure), bred by Ann Muys,
has only been paired with Kevin Staut since February this year and has
already claimed his second international victory.
William Walker secured a fine British victory in the Table A 1.40m class
at CSI1* in Oliva. He achieved this result with Ustino, a son of Ustinov
bred by Richard Jenkinson. This win marks the pair’s fourth international
victory.
