The national Grand Prix in Wilmington, a 1.40m competition, was claimed
by Richard Rinehart last Saturday. Riding the eleven-year-old KWPN gelding
Vincent (birth name Hurry VDM, Van Gogh x Ircolando, breeder Stal de Mierde),
he was the only one to stay clear in the first round, eliminating the need
for a jump-off.
New Libero One d’Asschaut (Van Gogh x For Pleasure), bred by Ann Muys,
has only been paired with Kevin Staut since February this year and has
already claimed his second international victory.
William Walker secured a fine British victory in the Table A 1.40m class
at CSI1* in Oliva. He achieved this result with Ustino, a son of Ustinov
bred by Richard Jenkinson. This win marks the pair’s fourth international
victory.
