Jelmer Hoekstra, who works for Leon Thijssen, rides several Numero Uno-offspring.
In Vilamoura he won the 1m25 class for young horses with the 6yo For President
(Numero Uno x Nimmerdor). On the same show he was runner-up in the regular
1m40 class with Amour 44 (Numero Uno x Notaris). Seems like a good match,
Jelmer with the Numero Uno’s!
New Libero One d’Asschaut (Van Gogh x For Pleasure), bred by Ann Muys,
has only been paired with Kevin Staut since February this year and has
already claimed his second international victory.
William Walker secured a fine British victory in the Table A 1.40m class
at CSI1* in Oliva. He achieved this result with Ustino, a son of Ustinov
bred by Richard Jenkinson. This win marks the pair’s fourth international
victory.
