Victory and fifth place for Simply Splendid (s.Ustinov)
17 november 2020
Last week, James Smith achieved good results with the Ustinov offspring
Simply Splendid (ds.Cavalier). At CSI2* Valencia, the successful pair jumped
to victory on Friday in the 1.45m against the clock class. They also qualified
for the jump-off in the Grand Prix (1.45m) with a clear round, in which
they finished on the fifth place.
New Libero One d’Asschaut (Van Gogh x For Pleasure), bred by Ann Muys,
has only been paired with Kevin Staut since February this year and has
already claimed his second international victory.
William Walker secured a fine British victory in the Table A 1.40m class
at CSI1* in Oliva. He achieved this result with Ustino, a son of Ustinov
bred by Richard Jenkinson. This win marks the pair’s fourth international
victory.
