Felipe Amaral ensured a Brazilian victory in the two-star Grand Prix
of Lier with Germanico T (Numero Uno x Julius), bred by Vincent te Poele.
With the nine-year-old KWPN gelding, he was the fastest of seven double
clear combinations. A total of 14 pairs were qualified for the jump-off,
in which Amaral took the main prize.
New Libero One d’Asschaut (Van Gogh x For Pleasure), bred by Ann Muys,
has only been paired with Kevin Staut since February this year and has
already claimed his second international victory.
William Walker secured a fine British victory in the Table A 1.40m class
at CSI1* in Oliva. He achieved this result with Ustino, a son of Ustinov
bred by Richard Jenkinson. This win marks the pair’s fourth international
victory.
