At the national show in Wellington, Christian Coyle showed to be unbeatable
in the 1.40m speed class. Aboard Dekato (Upgrade x Stakkato, breeder Wilgo
van de Mheen) he jumped the fastest clear round. This Dutch bred gelding
was previously ridden by Neal Fearon, Alexander Butler and Robert Whitaker
and already built up an impressive track record
New Libero One d’Asschaut (Van Gogh x For Pleasure), bred by Ann Muys,
has only been paired with Kevin Staut since February this year and has
already claimed his second international victory.
William Walker secured a fine British victory in the Table A 1.40m class
at CSI1* in Oliva. He achieved this result with Ustino, a son of Ustinov
bred by Richard Jenkinson. This win marks the pair’s fourth international
victory.
