Equestrian Centre De Peelbergen in Kronenberg (NL) held her first international
competition last weekend. Abdel Saïd competed at this CSI2* with California
(L’Esprit x Libero H) and on Friday they were runner-up in the 1m45 class.
The Egyptian rider rode two clear rounds with the L’Esprit-mare, which
is bred by Jan Dunnewind and Gerbrand van Beesten.
New Libero One d’Asschaut (Van Gogh x For Pleasure), bred by Ann Muys,
has only been paired with Kevin Staut since February this year and has
already claimed his second international victory.
William Walker secured a fine British victory in the Table A 1.40m class
at CSI1* in Oliva. He achieved this result with Ustino, a son of Ustinov
bred by Richard Jenkinson. This win marks the pair’s fourth international
victory.
