In the Portuguese spa city Vilamoura the French rider Olivier Guillion
came forward as winner of the 1m40 class. With the Upgrade-mare Borona
(out of Orona ster s.Jumbo-Jet, breeder W. Santegoeds) he jumped two clear
rounds in the fastest time. Olivier Guillion rides Borona for six months
now, after she was successful with Clement Boulanger up to 1m45 level.
New Libero One d’Asschaut (Van Gogh x For Pleasure), bred by Ann Muys,
has only been paired with Kevin Staut since February this year and has
already claimed his second international victory.
William Walker secured a fine British victory in the Table A 1.40m class
at CSI1* in Oliva. He achieved this result with Ustino, a son of Ustinov
bred by Richard Jenkinson. This win marks the pair’s fourth international
victory.
