Just like last week, Gerrit Nieberg was the winner in Oliva with the
eleven-year-old Numero Uno offspring Baynounah FBH (ds.Grannus, breeder
Mrs. Stassen-Pouwels from Venlo). On Thursday they turned out to be unbeatable
in the 1.40m class and the next day a double clear at the same level led
to the sixth prize.
New Libero One d’Asschaut (Van Gogh x For Pleasure), bred by Ann Muys,
has only been paired with Kevin Staut since February this year and has
already claimed his second international victory.
William Walker secured a fine British victory in the Table A 1.40m class
at CSI1* in Oliva. He achieved this result with Ustino, a son of Ustinov
bred by Richard Jenkinson. This win marks the pair’s fourth international
victory.
