Numero Uno dominates Stal Hendrix Competition20 may 2014Last weekend the second selection round of the Stal Hendrix Competition
for four and five years old jumping horses took place . At the competition
between five-years-old horses, the first place of the victory podium was
occupied by the Numero Uno son El Primero
(m. Zo-Special by Indorado, breeder Peter Goertz from Reuver) ridden by
Pieter Keunen. He was rewarded with a 8.8 for jumping and a 9.0 for the
way of going in the course. The second place was for another Numero
Uno-son, namely the stallion Envoy (breeder A. Reuzenaar from Schaijk).
This KWPN stallion, ridden by Dave Maarse got a 8.5 for jumping and a 8.3
for style. Not only the five-years-olds, but also the four-years-old jumping horses
have Numero Uno as their father. Third
place was for the Numero Uno-mare Fenomena
(from Tableau-Vivant elite by Lux, breeder G.H.S. Vullers from Nunhem),
followed by the fourth (Flyer by Numero Uno x Corofito) and fifth (Flash
by Numero Uno x Indoctro) place, also two descendants of this number one
in breeding and jumping. The third selection round of the Stal Hendrix competition will take
place on Friday, June 6th in Meerlo and the fourth competitionday is scheduled
for Friday, July 4th. in Echt . The best 30 combinations per age group
will start in the finals at the CK in Panningen on Saturday, July 12.
