Winchester by Numero Uno wins GP of Donaueschingen

The 9-year-old Numero Uno - son Winchester HS (Numero Uno, Happyhelena by Nimmerdor, breeder G. van Beesten, Ommen) won the Grand Prix at the CSI3* in Donaueschingen (Germany).
Ridden by Frank Schuttert he showed an excellent clear round in the jump off and won before Henrik von Eckermann from Sweden with his gelding Allerdings.
Frank Schuttert and Winchester reached a third and a fifth place in two other 1.50 m classes.

Three other descendants of Numero Uno showed great performances in France and Switzerland.
During CSI3 * in Villeneuve sur Lot Albert Voorn and Tobalio (Numero Uno, Obalia B star by Jacorde, breeder B.H.J. Schroder, Lattrop Breklenk) reached the fourth place in a 1.45 m class.
At the CSI5 * in Lausanne Jessica Springsteen and the mare Wish (Numero Uno, Summer ster by Calvados, breeder Th. Tax, Blitterswijck) reached a seventh place in a 1.45 m section.
Marc Houtzager and Tamino (Numero Uno, Larianne by Farmer, breeder E. ten Hoor, Hoogersmilde) landed on the fifth place in the Grand Prix.

La Gupardie (s.Van Gogh) sixth in World Cup Bordeaux

Jodie Hall McAteer had already started 2026 well with the Van Gogh daughter La Gupardie (ds.Carrera VDL, breeder Frans van de Linden) by finishing 12th in their first World Cup competition together in Amsterdam.

Jackson (s.Van Gogh) strikes again

The sporting successes of the Van Gogh son Jackson (ds.Indoctro, breeder family Engbers) keep coming. Ridden by Saad Alajmi, he won the 1.40m-level class at the CSI2* in Riyadh last week, where they were the only combination to jump clear.
