Van Gogh and his successful daughters30 june 2012In the last week our 10-year-old stallion Van Gogh (Numero Uno ad Movera
pref prest v. Bernstein, breeders MTS. Stultiens, Weert) showed great performances
in the sport as well as great performances as a sire. During the CSI***
Pforzheim (Germany) Van Gogh and Caroline Müller reached an excellent eight
place in a 1,50m class. In the 1.60m Grand Prix there were just 4 competitors
in the jump off and Caroline and Van Gogh had a fault on the last fence.
Also Van Gogh's offspring reached good results on the same weekend.
The 5-year-old Calimera (Van Gogh x Perion x Heartbreaker, breeders M.
Leyser & P. Leijser) confirmed her good shape during the third qualification
of the "Stal Hendrix-competitie," a series for young show jumpers. With
her rider Marcel Willems she is on the second place in the current state.
The fourth and final qualifier of the series takes place on the 29th of
June in Echt, the final is on the 14th of July in Sevenum.
Another daughter of Van Gogh got the predicate “ster” during the studbook
inspection in Wanssum. The 3 - year-old Eletta Molino (Van Gogh, Worania
by Silverstone, breeder Willem Brouwer, Born) got 85 points for the free
jumping and was the winner of her class. Especially noteworthy is the excellent
canter and the good reflexes of this careful and scopy mare. Video Saturday evening Qualification: http://youtu.be/bXswd1-_RpA Back
