28 march 2011

Four mares bred by Wiemselbach stallions in the top 10! The KWPN recently published the latest breeding values top 25. The category mares without offspring has two Numero Uno and two Ustinov daughters in the top 10. First in the list is the fantastic jumping mare Willemijn. This Elite/Sport mare bred by Mr. A. den Hartog is a daughter of top stallion Numero Uno out of a Nimmerdor mare. Willemijn and her rider Charlotte Verhaegen had a very successful year in 2010, they were placed in several International shows. Willemijn has a jumping index of 187. In 6th place we find the Ustinov offspring Bestinov, bred by Mr. B. van Leur. Bestinov is followed by Vallencia van Sappenleen in 7th place. Valencia was bred by Mr. A. Sommerdijk and is by Numero Uno out off an Iroko mare. Also in the top 10, Anatevka (Ustinov x Pierrot), this mare was bred by Stal Hendrix.
