Numerous visitors to stallion show 2008

Despite the rain, the numerous visitors enjoyed watching the impressive stallions during our annual stallion show.

The stallions were superb and were presented in a natural manner by stable riders Caroline Müller and Denis Huser. The new DVD for 2008 was shown on a specially-placed Large video screen.

The show opened with Vincenzo, Van Gogh, L’Esprit and Whitaker shown in hand by Wiemselbach staff Koen Brinkman and Marcus Stikema. The stallions were then presented ridden by the above-named riders.

Very beautiful, appealing and light-footed foals sired by the fantastically-jumping Ustinov were presented. The first foals sired by Whitaker, who jumps in an extremely balanced manner, were particularly popular with the breeders. Van Gogh superbly showed his powerful jump, movement and ‘rittigkeit’. The careful and beautiful stallions Vincenzo, Ultime Espoir and L’Esprit demonstrated their excellent mentality, Upgrade impressed once again with his power and canter. Numero Uno, the supplier of very promising jumping horses and recently graded “keur”, showed himself in his usual manner, with his charisma, exceptional movement and elegance he remains a very imposing figure. Together with his breeder Mr Van Deurzen, Numero Uno was set in the proverbial limelight.

We can look back on a successful stallion show and we would like to thank the visitors for coming and for the compliments we received.
